Media Consent

I herby grant permission to 1^St Choice Motorcycle School to use photographs or videos of me in print and electronic media without further considerations. Such photographs or videos maybe used by 1^st Choice Motorcycle School in a variety of mediums, including but not limited to its website and Facebook platforms.

I understand that once my photograph or video is posted on the above mentioned media platform, the image can be downloaded by any computer user. I acknowledge that 1^st Choice Motorcycle School’s right to crop or edit the photograph or video at its discretion. I also acknowledge that 1^st Choice Motorcycle School may choose not to use my photograph or video at this time but may do so at its discretion later.

1^st Choice Motorcycle School reserves the right to use or discontinue use of my photograph or video without notice.

I have read, understand, and hereby agree to be bound by the 1^St CHOICE MOTORCYCLE SCHOOL’s Waiver of Liability agreement(s):
